Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppgames account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ppgames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. ppgames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Philippine players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on ppgames is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos), unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are credited to your ppgames account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may vary. ppgames reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, subject to verification requirements.
All transactions on the ppgames Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ppgames is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
ppgames may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. ppgames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the Platform where reasonably practicable.
All games available on the ppgames Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, independent, and not influenced by any external factor, including bet size, account history, or player identity. The RNG systems used by ppgames game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
Each game on the ppgames Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the interface and any other communication, the rules displayed in the game interface shall prevail.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ppgames will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. ppgames' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppgames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ppgames does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
ppgames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
